General Summary of Scope of Work: The Jacksonville Port Authority is requesting bids from qualified firms to provide a direct digital control (DDC) system, with a graphical screen user interface which is reliable and fully tested as an individual system.  The DDC system shall be compatible with the existing DDC system in the Port Central Office Building.  Contractor shall provide a complete direct digital temperature control and energy management system as specified.  Work includes the installation of all devices, conduit, wiring, wells, valves, contactors, and enclosures necessary to provide a complete and operable system of controls.   

Project Funding: One hundred percent (100%) funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act and the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program supported by the Department of Energy and administered by the City of Jacksonville under Award No. DE-EE0000777.

Engineer's Estimate: $110,000
