Jacksonville City Councilman Dr. Johnny Gaffney and JAXPORT Board Vice Chairman Reginald Gaffney hosted a delegation from Haiti on Monday, Nov. 21. Members of the Haitian Parliament and local exporters and relief aid agencies learned about Northeast Florida’s seaport system and discussed how to provide service and restore infrastructure as Haiti continues to rebuild from the devastating 2010 earthquake.
