JAXPORT logistics and intermodal conference update

November 24, 2008

John Stokes, Partner with AIG Highstar Capital, will deliver the keynote address at the JAXPORT 2009 Logistics and Intermodal Conference on March 17, 2009 at Amelia Island Plantation in Amelia Island, Florida.

AIG Highstar Capital, headquartered in New York and part of AIG Investments, is a private equity investment currently managing over $4.5 billion of capital commitments from leading institutional investors globally, including in logistics, intermodal, port concessions and operations.

Mr. Stokes, who joined Highstar in 2002, also is the interim CEO of HarborCorp, a Highstar company which owns Ports America, AMPORTs and MTC holdings. Ports America is the largest U.S. port terminal operator and stevedore; AMPORTS is a division of Ports America and one of North America’s largest vehicle processing businesses; and MTC Holdings is one of the West Coast’s oldest contract stevedore and terminal operating companies.

We at JAXPORT also express our thanks to our conference sponsors.
