This year, University of North Florida student Robert Lee Allen received a $3,000 scholarship for logistics and transportation studies from JAXPORT and the South Atlantic Caribbean Ports Association (SACPA). Born and raised in Jacksonville, Robert is a graduate of Paxon School for Advanced Studies, where he served as senior class president and was a member of the National Honor Society. At UNF, he has already distinguished himself as the University Scholars Honor Society Man of the Year.  Following UNF, Mr. Allen plans to attend Mississippi State University to work on his MBA and then return to Jacksonville to become a certified public accountant in the port, transportation and logistics industry.
