- Take I-95 South to exit 362A - I-295 South.
- Continue for about 6 miles.
- Take exit 41: FL-105 / Zoo Parkway / Heckscher Drive.
- At bottom of exit ramp, turn left onto Heckscher Drive.

- Follow signs to Blount Island and bear right onto Blount Island Road.
- Proceed to main gate.
From South:
- Take I-95 North to exit 337.
- Merge onto I-295 North and continue for about 18 miles.
- Take exit 41: FL-105 / Zoo Parkway / Heckscher Drive.
- At bottom of exit ramp, turn right onto Heckscher Drive.
- Continue for about 1 1/2 miles.
- Follow signs to Blount Island and bear right onto Blount Island Road.

This 754-acre terminal is JAXPORT's largest marine facility and one of the largest vehicle import/export centers in the United States. The terminal also handles Ro/Ro, heavy lift, breakbulk and liquid bulk cargoes
Blount Island has one 112-ton whirly crane and eight container cranes (five 50-ton cranes, one 45-ton crane and two 40-ton cranes). The terminal also offers 240,000-square feet of transit shed space and a 90,000-square-foot Container Freight Station for cross-dock efficiency.
Major highways are easily accessible from Blount Island, which is located less than one mile from I-295 and only minutes from I-95 and I-10. Plus, I-75 is only a one hour drive west. The efficient movement of cargo is facilitated by the terminal's on-dock rail served directly by CSX Corporation.
