The St. Johns River Ferry connects the north and south ends of Florida State Road A1A in Duval County. The Mayport entrance is located at the intersection of Ocean Street and Broad Street; the Fort George entrance is located about a block south of the intersection of Shad Creek Drive and Heckscher Drive.
