Board of Directors
JAXPORT has an unpaid, appointed seven-member Board of Directors which provides policy guidance for the Authority. Four Board members are appointed by the Mayor of Jacksonville and three members are appointed by the Governor of Florida. Board Chairman
Managing Director, CB Richard Ellis
Mr. Citrano is Managing Director of the Jacksonville office of CB Richard Ellis, a position he has held since 1997. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Citrano served as Vice President of Gate Riverplace at Gate Petroleum. In a real estate management career spanning almost 40 years, he has also held senior management positions with St. Johns Place Development Company, The Haskell Company and J.A. Jones Construction Company. Mr. Citrano is also a United States Marine Corps veteran. He was appointed to JAXPORT's Board of Directors in 2010 to a four-year term.

Vice President, Legislative and Regulatory Affairs, AT&T Florida
Mr. York serves as Vice President, Legislative and Regulatory Affairs for AT&T Florida. His work with state government has resulted in legislation fostering greater competition and new investments into the Florida economy. From 2002 to 2005, Mr. York served as the Regional Director of Corporate and External Affairs for BellSouth of Central Florida. Before joining BellSouth, he was a Partner in Arnall & York, a Jacksonville, Fla.-based firm specializing in governmental affairs. He has also served as Chief Aide in the Florida Legislature. Mr. York was appointed to JAXPORT's Board of Directors in 2010 to a four-year term.

Transportation Executive
John E. Anderson has nearly 40 years of experience as a corporate and community leader and has held management or board positions with several of the region’s largest publicly traded companies, including 19 years as President and CEO of Patriot Transportation. A retired Captain of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mr. Anderson has extensive corporate board experience and currently holds seats with Patriot Transportation Holding, Inc., T & S Hardwoods, Inc. and B&D Industrial, Inc. He also serves on the board of the Jacksonville Public Education Fund. Mr. Anderson was appointed to JAXPORT's Board of Directors in 2011.

President, Drummond Press
John J. Falconetti has been the President of the Drummond Press since 1989. He has served on the Jacksonville Library Board, the Jacksonville Aviation Authority from 2005 to 2008 and was member of the board of directors of Enterprise Florida from 2007 to 2011. Mr. Falconetti has been a member of the Jacksonville Downtown Rotary Club since 1995, a member of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce’s board of governors from 2007 to 2009 and a member of the Printing Association of Florida from 2006 to 2008. Mr. Falconetti was appointed to JAXPORT's Board of Directors in 2011 to a four-year term.

Dr. John Allen Newman is Senior Pastor of The Sanctuary at Mt. Calvary in Jacksonville, Fla. Dr. Newman has addressed congregations around the globe and has provided leadership and inspiration to businesses on a local, national and international scale. He serves as the U.S. lead pastor for 60 churches located in Kenya and Uganda, and he has served on the boards of the National Baptist Convention of America, Cornerstone (JAXUSA Partnership), Jacksonville Urban League, Mayor’s councils, and the Sheriff’s Advisory Board. Dr. Newman was appointed to JAXPORT’s Board of Directors in 2011 to a four-year term.
Robert F. Spohrer,

Robert Spohrer is president of Spohrer & Dodd, a Jacksonville-based law office specializing in complex civil litigation. He is board certified by The Florida Bar in Aviation Law and Civil Trial Law. Mr. Spohrer is a member of the Inner Circle of Advocates, an invitation-only organization of the top 100 U.S. trial attorneys and is a founding member and former president of the Jacksonville Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. Mr. Spohrer is also active in numerous community organizations including the North Florida Council of the Boy Scouts of America, Jacksonville Area Legal Aid and HandsOn Jacksonville. He was appointed to JAXPORT’s Board of Directors in 2012 for a term that will run through 2015.
