Monday – Friday: 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 1 – 5 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
JAXPORT offers 24/7 TWIC escort services for non-TWIC holders requiring business-related access to JAXPORT terminals.
Please note:
- TWIC escorts at Talleyrand Marine Terminal cannot accept in-person credit or debit card payments. These payments can be made during normal business hours by calling (904) 357-3344 or via email.

Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)
JAXPORT’s security standards include the Federal Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) program, which is administered by the Transportation Security Administration. The TWIC is required for access to all JAXPORT terminals.
