The JAXPORT Cruise Terminal is hosting the passenger vessel Ocean Explorer for a one-time port-of-call visit. The luxury expedition vessel, operated by Vantage Deluxe World Travel, is carrying a total of 54 U.S.-based passengers during its nine-hour stop in Jacksonville.
