JAXPORT Cruise Terminal 9810 August Drive Jacksonville, FL 32226
Parking at the JAXPORT Cruise Terminal is quick and easy in our secure on-site lot:
- No reservations needed – simply pay upon arrival with any major credit card
- Ample parking available – space is not limited
- Short walk to check-in – spaces located immediately adjacent to the terminal
- Open parking – no assigned spaces
- Well-lit and monitored by JAXPORT security 24/7
To keep wait times low, the terminal accepts credit cards only (no cash).
Parking Costs
Passenger Vehicles
- $17 per day ($68 for a 4-day cruise and $85 for a 5-day cruise). Tax included.
Oversized Recreational Vehicles
An oversized vehicle is any vehicle that takes up two regular-sized parking spaces.
- $34 per day ($136 for a 4-day cruise and $170 for a 5-day cruise). Tax included.
Disabled Parking
JAXPORT is committed to accessibility and complies fully with Florida law on disabled parking exemptions. Florida Statute 316.1964 authorizes JAXPORT to provide fee waivers from parking fees at cruise-port terminals only for vehicles that meet specific requirements.
Who qualifies for complimentary parking?
Free parking is available only if all of these apply:
- The vehicle is transporting the person with a disability and to whom the disabled parking permit or license plate was issued. §316.1964(1), Fla. Stat.
AND the vehicle meets one of the following specific criteria:
- Vehicles equipped with specialized adaptive equipment (such as ramps, lifts, or hand/foot controls) for use by a person with a disability.
Vehicles displaying a Florida Disabled Veteran license plate issued under §§ 320.084, 320.0842, 320.0843, or 320.0845, Fla. Stat.
Vehicles displaying a Florida Toll Exemption permit
Important Notes:
Standard Florida Disabled Parking Placards or Disabled License Plates do not qualify for free parking unless the vehicle meets the qualifications listed above. Parking agents will not grant parking waivers for any other reason than those listed above.
