Access Control Center

Note: beginning Monday, March 30, 2026, all JAXPORT Access Control Center administrative services will move from Blount Island to a new location:

1830 E. 21st Street
Jacksonville, FL 32206.

Cargo access (including commercial truck escorting) is not changing and will continue to take place at the gates of each terminal.

7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
Closed on weekends and holidays

No appointment is necessary, however, appointments are available for groups of eight or more.

The JAXPORT Business Purpose Credential is issued at no charge to persons accessing the port regularly, including JAXPORT vendors, contractors, commercial drivers and others. This badge is issued separately from the Transportation Worker Identification Credential.

You can obtain a JAXPORT Credential at the JAXPORT Access Control Center, located adjacent to the Blount Island Marine Terminal Main Gate.
