Beginning Monday, March 30, 2026, all JAXPORT Access Control Center administrative services will move from Blount Island to a new location at 1830 E. 21st Street (former Aqua Gulf facility near the Talleyrand terminal). The move is part of our ongoing efforts to improve traffic flow and efficiency near the Blount Island main gates.
Note: Badge enrollment services will be temporarily unavailable starting at noon on Friday, March 27 through the remainder of the day and will resume the following Monday (March 30) at the new location.
New Access Control Center location (administrative services only):
1830 E. 21st Street
Jacksonville, FL 32206
- No semi-truck parking available
What is moving to the new location (E. 21st Street)
Starting March 30, drivers and visitors should go to the new Access Control Center for all paperwork and training needs, including:
- JAXPORT badge services
- TWIC registration
- Security awareness and TWIC Escort training
Cargo access (including commercial truck escorting) is not changing and will continue to take place at the gates of each terminal.
Effective March 30, the Access Control facility at Blount Island will only handle:
- Personal vehicle escort services
- Verifying the business purpose of visitors (TWIC holders without a JAXPORT badge)
- Assisting individuals who are temporarily denied access
All other Access Control services will be handled at the new E. 21st Street location.
