Robert Peek is the Director and General Manager of Sales & Marketing at the Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT). He oversees all efforts to attract new cargo business to JAXPORT and assists with the Authority’s passenger cruise development.
Robert has worked at JAXPORT since 1995. He initially worked in the Port Authority’s External Affairs department, serving in a variety of roles, including as Director of Communications, before being promoted to Director of Marketing. He was appointed to his current General Manager role in 2019.
Robert has a Bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of North Florida. Robert also holds a Certification in Transportation and Logistics (CTL) from the American Society for Transportation and Logistics, and he has served in leadership positions for numerous public sector Boards and nonprofit organizations.
