PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the JACKSONVILLE PORT AUTHORITY (JAXPORT) BOARD OF DIRECTORS will meet on Monday, December 1, 2025, at 9:00AM at 2831 Talleyrand Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida 32206. The meeting will also be available to watch live on YouTube at https://youtube.com/jaxport. See the details below.

Purpose
The purpose of this meeting is for the JAXPORT Board of Directors to consider and take-action on items on the JAXPORT Board Agenda.

Public Comments
Interested persons who cannot participate in person but wish to submit public comments to be read during the public comment portion of the meeting, may do so by emailing Rebecca Dicks, Board Liaison, at Rebecca.Dicks@jaxport.com no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 26, 2025.
