Audit Committee Meeting: Monday, June 29, 2026 - 8:00AM Matters to be considered are those matters identified in the agenda for said meeting on file in the office of the Liaison to the Board on the third floor of the Port Central Office Building, 2831 Talleyrand Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida 32206, (904) 357-3036, as well as such other matters as the Authority may determine to be appropriate in conducting its business. Any person who anticipates an appeal of a decision made by the Jacksonville Port Authority with respect to any matter considered at these meetings, or who may decide to appeal such decision, will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
