JAXPORT provides shippers with a network of container freight services to connect with hundreds of ports around the world. JAXPORT’s terminal operators – the companies handling your freight at the port – offer various ways to check on the status of a container.
Contact the appropriate stevedore/terminal operator below to learn more:
Ceres Terminals Jacksonville – Visit the website for the Jacksonville location. Under “Cargo Owners”, select “Track a Container”. Select a transaction type “Availability”, and under reference number – enter your container number or bill of lading, then click “CHECK>>”. You can also call (904) 779-3635.
Crowley – Enter your tracking number or customer ID number directly on Crowley’s website, or call Crowley at (800) CROWLEY (800-276-9539).
Portus – Call Portus at (904) 757-1170 and they will be able to provide up-to-date information on your container.
Seaonus – Call Seaonus at (904) 355-6669 and they will be able to provide up-to-date information on your container.
SSA Jacksonville Container Terminal – Visit their website to access information such as import availability, equipment search, vessel schedules and export bookings, as well as terminal openings, closures and contacts. If you are not yet registered with SSA, click “Sign up” and register on the site in less than a minute. For more information or assistance, call SSA Jacksonville Container Terminal at (904) 428-5500. TOTE Puerto Rico – Track your container through their Customer Portal using your booking number or equipment number. You can also search in an app store for “TOTE Maritime” and track your shipment using the app, or, call TOTE Puerto Rico at (904) 855-1260.
Trailer Bridge – For container tracking, Trailer Bridge offers web tool Quick Track to customers – using your booking number or bill of lading, you can access location and status. The company’s US-based account team is also available to provide up-to-date information – call (904) 751-7100.
