| Summary | General Scope of Work: The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) is soliciting bids from Qualified and Experienced companies to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, and supervision necessary to install flexible elastomeric roof coating on ZPMC cranes 10486 & 10487 located at the Talleyrand Marine Terminal.
Bids will be received by JAXPORT up to 2:00 PM (ET), local time, FRIDAY APRIL 26, 2024, at which time they shall be opened via ZOOM Meeting at: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86762830235?pwd=TTdUNmEzYWt6STFiNkM3WnJ3Z00yQT09, Meeting ID: 867 6283 0235; Passcode: 026380 for TMT ROOF COATING FOR ZPMC CRANES. All bids must be submitted in accordance with specifications and drawings for Contract No. EQ-1964.

An Optional Site Visit will be held at 2:00 PM, FRIDAY, APRIL 12, 2024. Attendees will meet in the Outside the security gate of the Talleyrand Marine Terminal, 2085 Talleyrand Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32206. Please email Jerrie.Gunder@jaxport.com or call at (904) 357-3455 to have your name added to the Roster. HARD HATS, SAFETY BOOTS AND VEST and a valid driver’s license/TWIC badge are required. No questions will be answered during the site visit. ATTENDANCE BY A REPRESENTATIVE OF EACH PROSPECTIVE BIDDER IS ENCOURAGED.
