| Summary | GENERAL SCOPE: The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) seeks a Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to disassemble on-site, repair, then reassemble on-site eight (8) Gantry Gearboxes on Hanjung Crane No. 8810, located on the Blount Island Marine Terminal (BIMT) in accordance with the conditions of the contract, specifications of this ITB. Sealed bids will be received by JAXPORT up to 2:00 PM (ET), local time, THURSDAY, MAY 8, 2025, at which time they shall be opened via “ZOOM” at: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/83345125493?pwd=m7fDEYRzkThZ7JU4j3FhFGkRFQocAe.1, Meeting ID: 833 4512 5493, Passcode: 918300 for HANJUNG CRANE NO. 8810 GANTRY GEARBOX ON-SITE DISASSEMBLE, REPAIR AND REASSEMBLE.
Bids and all required supplemental material must be electronically submitted in PDF format only through Trimble Unity Construct (E-Builder). JAXPORT no longer accepts any bid packages submitted by Email, Fax, Mail or Hand-Deliveries. All bids must be submitted in accordance with specifications for contract No. EQ-1879A.

A SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD ON THURSDAY, APRIL 24, 2025, AT 2:00 PM (ET). ATTENDANCE BY A REPRESENTATIVE OF EACH PROSPECTIVE BIDDER IS ENCOURAGED.
DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: Questions related to this contract are due by 4:00 PM (ET) on MONDAY, APPRIL 28, 2025. Submit Questions by e-mail ONLY to retta.rogers@jaxport.com or through Trimble Unity Construct (E-Builder). Questions will then be released by e-mail via an Addendum to all known prospective bidders and posted on the JAXPORT website.
Bid and contract bonding are required.
