General Scope of Work:   JAXPORT is requesting Qualifications, Technical and Price Proposals from interested firms (Proposers) with qualified experience in Design-Build, to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to design, permit, purchase, and construct a 25′ by 95′ pre-engineered freestanding metal awning and associated foundation at JAXPORT’s building at 2039 E. 11^th Street, Jacksonville, FL 32206.

Request for Proposals (Submission of Qualifications and Technical Proposals) will be received by JAXPORT up to 2:00 PM (ET), local time, THURSDAY, MAY 22, 2025, at which time they shall be opened via “ZOOM” at:  https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89352451944?pwd=FkgBh5atCLLUU0KpndNmKKeFeaK5bG.1

Bids and all required supplemental material must be electronically submitted in PDF format only through Trimble Unity Construct (E-Builder). JAXPORT no longer accepts any bid packages submitted by Email, Fax, Mail or Hand-Deliveries. All bids must be submitted in accordance with specifications for contract No. MC-2061.

A NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD ON THURSDAY, MAY 8, 2025, AT 10:00 AM (ET), via “ZOOM” at: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/88113459288?pwd=IaV5apOJBfTshCXsqciwIyi0ve3bMZ.1, Meeting ID:  881 1345 9288, Passcode: 148474. 

A SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD ON THURSDAY, MAY 8, 2025, AT 2:00 PM (ET). ATTENDANCE BY A REPRESENTATIVE OF EACH PROSPECTIVE BIDDER IS ENCOURAGED.

DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: Questions related to this contract are due by 4:00 PM (ET) on MONDAY, MAY 12, 2025.  Submit Questions by e-mail ONLY to retta.rogers@jaxport.com or through Trimble Unity Construct (E-Builder).  Questions will then be released by e-mail via an Addendum to all known prospective bidders and posted on the JAXPORT website.

Bid and contract bonding are required.
