GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK: The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) seeks a Contractor to deliver Catenary Trolley Rail Parts for four Hanjung Cranes, located on the Blount Island Marine Terminal (BIMT) and Talleyrand Marine Terminal (TMT) in accordance with the conditions of the contract, specifications of this ITB.

BID DUE:  Sealed bids will be received by JAXPORT up to 2:00 PM (ET), local time, THURSDAY, JUNE 12, 2025, at which time they shall be opened via ZOOM at:  https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81881847664?pwd=BlxUQkFO1oxjr1EAXW11fh9pG7OMHf.1, Meeting ID:  818 8184 7664, Passcode: 630509. 

Bids and all required supplemental material must be electronically submitted in PDF format only through Trimble Unity Construct (E-Builder). JAXPORT no longer accepts any bid packages submitted by Email, Fax, Mail or Hand-Deliveries. All bids must be submitted in accordance with specifications and drawings for contract No. EQ-2045B.

DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS:  Questions related to this contract are due by 4:00 PM (ET) on MONDAY, JUNE 2, 2025.  Submit Questions by e-mail ONLY to elijah.wright@jaxport.com or through Trimble Unity Construct (E-Builder).  Questions will then be released by e-mail via an Addendum to all known prospective bidders and posted on the JAXPORT website.
