| Summary | GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK: The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) seeks a Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, testing and supervision necessary to remove existing paint markings, via hydro-blasting, survey and layout a new striping configuration and install painted pavement markings (double coat) over the limits and extents as depicted within the contract documents (~15.5 acres).
BID DUE: Sealed bids will be received by JAXPORT up to 2:00 PM (ET), local time, MONDAY, JUNE 16, 2025, at which time they shall be opened via ZOOM at: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87467734299?pwd=keKe8qtVgOnTW84TQfbKU9uPtgORjr.1, Meeting ID: 874 6773 4299, Passcode: 001794.
Bids and all required supplemental material must be electronically submitted in PDF format only through Trimble Unity Construct (E-Builder). JAXPORT no longer accepts any bid packages submitted by Email, Fax, Mail or Hand-Deliveries. All bids must be submitted in accordance with specifications and drawings for contract No. MC-2017M.

DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: Questions related to this contract are due by 4:00 PM (ET) on TUESDAY, JUNE 3, 2025. Questions will then be released by e-mail via an Addendum to all known prospective bidders and posted on the JAXPORT website.
