| Summary | GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK: The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) is seeking a qualified company to provide and deliver NEW HANDRAILS FOR BERTH 20 & 22 including all costs associated with delivery, freight, surcharge, and any other related charges, delivered FOB to Jacksonville Port Authority, Blount Island Marine Terminal Attn: Brian Cappriotti, 5945 William Mills Street, Jacksonville, FL 32226 and to Jacksonville Port Authority, as per specifications listed in this Invitation to Bid (ITB). Therefore, the purpose of this solicitation is to request information about your company’s abilities to provide products specified and to obtain pricing commitments for NEW HANDRAILS FOR BERTH 20 & 22 as listed, in accordance with the conditions of the contract, specifications of this ITB. BID DUE: Sealed bids will be received by JAXPORT up to 2:00 PM (ET), local time, WEDNESDAY, JUNE 11, 2025, at which time they shall be opened via ZOOM at: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/83619905546?pwd=mY36UcatzbUqwfpQF1o7KBFTbfCSDn.1 Meeting ID: 836 1990 5546, Passcode: 246414. Bids and all required supplemental material must be electronically submitted in PDF format only through Trimble Unity Construct (E-Builder). JAXPORT no longer accepts any bid packages submitted by Email, Fax, Mail or Hand-Deliveries. All bids must be submitted in accordance with specifications and drawings for contract No. EQ-2071. DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: Questions related to this contract are due by 12:00 PM (ET) on MONDAY, JUNE 2, 2025.
