GENERAL SCOPE: The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) seeks a Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, testing and supervision necessary to modify (CMAC retrofit) Pond # 8, as specified herein and in the project drawings and specifications. Pond 8 is located at JAXPORT’s Blount Island Marine Terminal (Intermodal Dr and Dave Rawls Blvd)

Sealed bids will be received by JAXPORT up to 2:00 PM (ET), local time, MONDAY, JUNE 23, 2025, at which time they shall be opened via “ZOOM” at:  https://us02web.zoom.us/j/88687945907?pwd=9yOJvp3NHUOh2JbPxnArfMejhA6jPb.1, Meeting ID:  886 8794 5907, Passcode: 593510 for BIMT POND 8 CMAC RETROFIT.

Bids and all required supplemental material must be electronically submitted in PDF format only through Trimble Unity Construct (E-Builder). JAXPORT no longer accepts any bid packages submitted by Email, Fax, Mail or Hand-Deliveries. All bids must be submitted in accordance with specifications for contract No. MC-1859BR.

DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: Questions related to this contract are due by 4:00 PM (ET) on FRIDAY, JUNE 13, 2025.  Submit Questions by e-mail ONLY to elijah.wright@jaxport.com or through Trimble Unity Construct (E-Builder).  Questions will then be released by e-mail via an Addendum to all known prospective bidders and posted on the JAXPORT website.

Bid and contract bonding are required.

The SEB Participation Goal established for this project is Zero (0%), however, SEB Participation is strongly encouraged.
