| Summary | GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK: The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) seeks a contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to furnish and install a 25-foot by 95-foot pre-engineered freestanding metal awning and associated foundation. The awning will be erected adjacent to an existing JAXPORT building at 2039 E. 11th St., Jacksonville, FL 32206 (offsite of JAXPORT Talleyrand Marine Terminal).
BID DUE: Sealed bids will be received by JAXPORT up to 2:00 PM (ET), local time, TUESDAY, JULY 8, 2025, at which time they shall be opened via ZOOM at: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/83945403885?pwd=8AVTQl89QGKj3F5M4vxpIoMwkH06mB.1, Meeting ID: 839 4540 3885, Passcode: 609517.
Bids and all required supplemental material must be electronically submitted in PDF format only through Trimble Unity Construct (E-Builder). JAXPORT no longer accepts any bid packages submitted by Email, Fax, Mail or Hand-Deliveries. All bids must be submitted in accordance with specifications and drawings for contract No. ITB_MC-2061R.

DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: Questions related to this contract are due by 4:00 PM (ET) on WEDNESDAY, JUNE 25, 2025. Submit Questions by e-mail ONLY to elijah.wright@jaxport.com or through Trimble Unity Construct (E-Builder). Questions will then be released by e-mail via an Addendum to all known prospective bidders and posted on the JAXPORT website.
