A Pre-Submission Meeting is scheduled for TUESDAY, OCTOBER 07, 2025 at 11:00 AM (ET) via ZOOM Meeting https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89128936823?pwd=4aLnT7WHsqv5tu4iWVU92BrZ3UZLD8.1, Meeting ID: 891 2893 6823 Passcode: 442686 Attendance is highly recommended but not required for any Consultant Firm that may be considering submitting Statements of Qualifications for this project. DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: The deadline for questions will be Friday, October 10, 2025 at 2:00 PM (ET). Any questions regarding this RFQ should be directed only to Elijah Wright, Sr. Contract Specialist and submitted either by e-mail to Elijah.Wright@JAXPORT.com or through E-Builder. Answers to questions will be released by e-mail in an Addenda directed to all known prospective proposers. DEADLINE FOR SOQ: All Statement of Qualifications will be received by JAXPORT Procurement Services in PDF Format Only through E-Builder until 2:00 PM (ET), local time, MONDAY, OCTOBER 20, 2025. Proposals must be submitted prior to 2:00 PM (EST), MONDAY, OCTOBER 20, 2025. The submit button in E-Builder will deactivate exactly at 2:00 PM EST and you will not be permitted to submit your proposal regardless of where you are in the process. Please plan accordingly.
