GENERAL SUMMARY OF SCOPE – The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) is interested in engaging the services of a qualified and experienced firm for BANKING SERVICES (RE-BID), which may include but are not limited A) Day-to-Day Banking including disbursements, deposits, short-term investments, etc. and B) On-line Treasury Management which includes wire transfers, ACH transactions, reporting, disbursement verification, stop payments, dual controls for wire execution and approval, etc. with mobile and/or remote capability.  This is an evaluated contract and will be awarded to one (1) Proposer receiving the highest number of points by submitting the most responsive and responsible proposal that, when evaluated, meet both entities needs and requirements as outlined.  The initial period for these services will be three (3) years, with three (3) additional, one (1) year renewal options made at the sole discretion of JAXPORT.  Therefore, the purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain information about your abilities to provide these services exactly as specified.

QUESTIONS DEADLINE – The deadline for submitting questions by e-mail to Jerrie Gunder at jerrie.gunder@jaxport.com or submitted through Trimble Unity Construct (E-Builder) is FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 2025 by 9:00 AM (ET).  Questions will then be released by e-mail via an Addendum to all known potential bidders registered in the Trimble Unity Construct (E-Builder) website.

PROPOSAL DUE – before 2:00 PM (ET) on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 20, 2025.  Proposals and all required supplemental material listed in Article III (items to be submitted with Proposal Form) must be electronically submitted in PDF format only and uploaded into Trimble Unity Construct (E-Builder). JAXPORT no longer accepts any proposals/bid packages submitted by Email, Fax, Mail or Hand-Deliveries.
