| Summary | GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK: The Jacksonville Port Authority is seeking qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision of demolition and disposal of a warehouse and associated metal canopy and offices located at 1732 Talleyrand Ave., Jacksonville, FL 32206. Following demolition/disposal, concrete ramps shall be constructed within the office footprint and between the existing canopy and warehouse concrete slab. In addition, the existing asphalt shall be milled and resurfaced. BID DUE: Sealed bids will be received by JAXPORT up to 2:00 PM (ET), local time, TUESDAY, JANUARY 27, 2026, at which time they shall be opened via ZOOM at: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84453839644?pwd=ilaThOdWXNNX6DTUH5Y2cWWaTVSuzh.1, Meeting ID: 844 5383 9644, Passcode: 615737.
