GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK: The Jacksonville Port Authority is seeking qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, testing and supervision necessary to construct BIMT New Entrance & Roadway, in accordance with Scope of Work and Contract Specifications.
