General Summary of Work:  The Jacksonville Port Authority intends to award a Single Source Contract to Flash Parking, Inc. to provide parking transaction technology through the Flash ZIPARK platform integrated with the Adyen payment processing system. The system will enable JAXPORT staff to process both credit card transactions and prepaid reservation validation through a unified platform.
