| Summary | GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK: The Jacksonville Port Authority is seeking qualified contractors to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, rigging, tools, materials, incidentals and supervision necessary for the removal and replacement of the trolley rail system and trolley wheels on ZPMC Crane #10487, located at Talleyrand Marine Terminal, in accordance with Scope of Work and Contract Specifications.
BID DUE: Sealed bids will be received by JAXPORT up to 3:00 PM (ET), local time, THURSDAY, MAY 7, 2026, at which time they shall be opened via ZOOM at:

DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: Questions related to this contract are due by 4:00 PM (ET) on FRIDAY, APRIL 24, 2026. Questions will then be released by e-mail via an Addendum to all known prospective bidders and posted on the JAXPORT website.
