| Summary | GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK: The Jacksonville Port Authority is seeking qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, testing, means and methods, supervision necessary to furnish and install a TPO roof retrofit for an approximately 60,000 SF warehouse and approximately 109,000 SF warehouse (Owner’s Option) located at 1751 Talleyrand Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32206, in accordance with Scope of Work and Contract Specifications.

DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: Questions related to this contract are due by 4:00 PM (ET) on WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2026. Questions will then be released by e-mail via an Addendum to all known prospective bidders and posted on the JAXPORT website.
