GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK: The Jacksonville Port Authority is seeking qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, testing, means and methods, and supervision necessary to install two new sets of stow pin sockets used for securing the dockside gantry cranes at the wharf location indicated on the contract drawings at the Talleyrand Marine Terminal, in accordance with Scope of Work and Contract Specifications.

A MANDATORY SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD ON THURSDAY, OCTOBER 29, 2026, AT 2:00 PM (ET). Attendees of the site visit will meet at JAXPORT’s Port Central Office Building at 2831 Talleyrand Marnine Terminal and be escorted to the site. Attendees will be required to sign a waiver and have a hard hat, safety boots and vest.
DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: Questions related to this contract are due by 4:00 PM (ET) on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 2026. Submit Questions by e-mail ONLY to Elijah.Wright@JAXPORT.com or through OpenGov. Questions will then be released by e-mail via an Addendum to all known prospective bidders and posted on the JAXPORT website.
