GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK: The Jacksonville Port Authority is seeking qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, testing, means and methods, and supervision necessary to refurbish one (1) Hanjung Crane #8841 located at Blount Island Marine Terminal, in accordance with Scope of Work and Contract Specifications.
BID DUE: Sealed bids will be received by JAXPORT up to 2:00 PM (ET), local time, TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 17, 2026, at which time they shall be opened via ZOOM at:

A SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 28, 2026, AT 2:00 PM (ET). Attendees of the site visit will meet at JAXPORT’s Port Central Office Building at 2831 Talleyrand Marnine Terminal and be escorted to the site. Attendees will be required to sign a waiver and have a hard hat, safety boots and vest.
DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: Questions related to this contract are due by 4:00 PM (ET) on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 2, 2026. Submit Questions by e-mail ONLY to Elijah.Wright@JAXPORT.com or through OpenGov. Questions will then be released by e-mail via an Addendum to all known prospective bidders and posted on the JAXPORT website.
