| Summary | The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) is soliciting proposals from “Qualified Companies” with the development experience, financial capability and business vision to enter into a LONG-TERM LEASE agreement with JAXPORT for the development of a parcel of JAXPORT-owned industrial property in support of cargo growth. The purpose of the RFP is to identify companies to either select for development of this property or for further consideration of their capabilities to do so. Proposals will be received by the Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) via E-Builder Electronic Bid Submission until 2:00 PM (EST), on WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 18, 2021 at which time they will be opened publicly via “Go to Meeting” at https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/829166333. Deadline for Questions: Questions related to this RFP are due by 12:00 PM (EST) on Wednesday, July 21, 2021. Submit questions by e-mail to sandra.platt@jaxport.com.
