GENERAL SUMMARY OF SCOPE – The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) is seeking a qualified and licensed firm to provide LEASE-RENTAL OF MULTI-FUNCTIONAL DEVICES for various areas of the Port and its Marine Terminals. The awarded bidder must be able to guarantee all copiers installed at JAXPORT are brand new and has the latest imaging equipment technology and innovative features. All pricing must include, but not be limited to all lease/rental of equipment, all materials, supplies, delivery/removal of equipment, all service labor/parts to maintain equipment and any other related charges to provide the copiers in accordance with the specifications.
 
Award will be based on lowest conforming cost per copy price for “ALTERNATIVE I” or the lowest conforming cost per copy price multiplied by the minimum and over minimum annual volumes for “ALTERNATIVE II”.  JAXPORT reserves the right to select only one “ALTERNATIVE”, whichever it determines to be in its best interest. The  terms of this agreement will be for three (3) years period with three (3) additional, one (1) year renewal options at the discretion of JAXPORT.  Therefore, the purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to request information about your company’s abilities to provide these services exactly as specified and to obtain pricing commitment.

*BIDS DUE – before 2:00 PM (EST) on WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 11, 2021.  Bids and all required supplemental material listed in Article III (items to be submitted with Bid Form) must be electronically submitted in PDF format only through E-Builder.
