GENERAL SUMMARY OF SCOPE – The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) is seeking a qualified company to provide JANITORIAL CLEANING SERVICES (100% SEB Participation) for various areas of the Port and its Marine Terminals.  Services to be performed under this contract must include all cost associated with labor, equipment, materials, and any other similar charges as required. This is an evaluated contract and will be awarded to one (1) Proposer receiving the highest number of points by proving their ability to meet both entities needs and requirements as outlined on the Evaluation Criteria. Therefore, the purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to request information about your company’s abilities to provide these services exactly as specified and to obtain pricing commitment.

QUESTIONS DEADLINE – The deadline for submitting questions by e-mail to Jerrie Gunder at jerrie.gunder@jaxport.com or submitted through E-Builder is THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2021 at 9:00 AM (EST).  Questions will then be released by e-mail via an Addendum to all known prospective Bidders registered in the E-Builders website.

PROPOSALS DUE – before 2:00 PM (EST) on WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 13, 2021 (EXTENDED).  Proposals and all required supplemental material listed in Article III (items to be submitted with Proposal Form) must be electronically submitted in PDF format only through E-Builder.  Proposal documents submitted through Email or Fax will not be accepted or considered.  JAXPORT no longer accepts any proposal packages submitted by Mail or Hand-Deliveries.
