The U.S. Coast Guard Captain of the Port will lift Hurricane Port Condition YANKEE at midnight tonight. At that time, the harbor will reopen to two-way vessel traffic and JAXPORT will be fully operational with no restrictions.
Cruise update: Carnival Elation returned to port on Sunday, August 4, instead of Monday, August 5.
