Here’s what government, industry and local leaders have to say in response to the groundbreaking of the SSA Jacksonville Container Terminal at JAXPORT’s Blount Island Marine Terminal. The project is a public-private partnership with support from the federal government, the state of Florida and the City of Jacksonville, as well as private partner SSA Marine.
